This Pull Apart Pizza Bread is so easy that you can get the kids to make it!!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of Pillsbury Grands biscuits
  • 1/2 pound of Sliced Pepperoni
  • 2 cups of shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 2 jars of your favorite pizza or marinara sauce

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

With the amount of ingredients I have listed, you can make 2 pans of Pull Apart Pizza Bread. I use Pampered Chef’s fluted (bundt) pan and brownie pan. I will give instructions for each.

For the bundt pan

Lightly spray your bundt pan.  Open the tube of biscuits. Take each biscuit and peel it into 2 layers, following the most middle layer you find. Lay half to the side. Take the half you still have in your hand and cut it into quarters (4ths of the circle). Randomly lay the quarters in the bottom of the pan. You do not have to completely cover the bottom. Remember the biscuits will expand as they bake. Your bottom layer will be made from 2 biscuits. Once you have laid the bottom layer of biscuit, lay down a round of pepperoni. Then do the same with your shredded cheese.

Repeat the process two more times. Then lay your final layer of biscuit. This should have used one entire can of biscuits.

For the brownie pan

Lightly spray your brownie pan.  Open the tube of biscuits. Take each biscuit and peel it into 2 layers, following the most middle layer you find. Lay half to the side. Take the half you still have in your hand and cut it into quarters (4ths of the circle). Randomly lay three of the quarters in the bottom of each well of the pan. It does not have to completely cover the bottom. Remember, these biscuit will expand as they bake. Once you have laid the bottom layer of biscuit, lay down a round of pepperoni. Then do the same with your shredded cheese. Finish off with your top layer of biscuits, again 3 of the quarters per well.
