1 pound chicken breasts
1½ teaspoons Wildtree Lemon Pepper Blend
1 tablespoon Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil, divided
8 ounces penne, dry
8 ounces Brussels sprouts
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 cup cream
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
½ cup Parmesan, shredded
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

Method of Preparation
Season chicken breasts with Lemon Pepper Blend. Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken and cook on both sides until golden brown and completely cooked through (165°F). Transfer to cutting board, slice, and set aside. Cook penne according to package directions. Reserve ¼ cup cooking liquid. Drain pasta and set aside.

Heat remaining Natural Grapeseed Oil in the skillet you cooked the chicken in; add the Brussels sprouts and garlic. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the reserve pasta liquid and scrape up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking until sprouts are tender, about 3 minutes more. Add the cream and mustard, stir to combine. Cook until the mixture begins to thicken slightly, about 1 minute. Add the pasta and chicken and toss to coat in the sauce. Continue cooking until everything is heated through. Serve with fresh basil and Parmesan.
