Patty’s Super Easy Crockpot Chicken and Potatoes
Super simple way to make chicken and potatoes!! It’s very easy to cut down these portions to meet your needs too!
This recipe as written will feed 4-5 people.
5 lbs of cleaned boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6-7 potatoes, sliced (my rule of thumb here is: 1.5 potatoes per person. If you’re serving an additional side dish, 1 potato per person)
1. Pour 1 tsp of the dipping oil into a small bowl. Add seasonings to taste. Stir well. Apply mixture to both sides of the chicken. Set aside.
2. Layer sliced potatoes in the bottom of the crockpot. Put seasoned chicken on top and cover. Potatoes will cook in the juices from the chicken.
3. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
