Ham and Swiss Foldovers

Put that deli lunchmeat to work!

Ingredients:

1 lb Deli ham

8 slices of Swiss cheese

Honey Mustard (or you can use Dijon)

1 tube of refrigerator biscuits

 

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Lay parchment paper on the cookie sheet. If you don’t have parchment paper, lightly spray the cookie sheet.

Roll out each biscuit to about a 6 inch circle. Layer one slice of swiss, several slices of ham and mustard onto each. Fold over each biscuit and press the edges together to seal.

If you want to get fancy, you can then brush on an eggwash and then sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves 8.
